One well-known foreign company needs Manufacturing Finance Manager:
Position Summary
Manage company's monthly close process with Asia Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
- Ensure scrap, rework, MRB and other liabilities are properly accounted for.
- Understand and validate company 's CM overhead carve-out.
- Understand and validate company 's CM excess & obsolete roll forward.
Partner with company 's CM management team during the quarterly CM quote process.
- Analyze/audit CM quote to determine financial impact of cost savings, CM inventory revaluation, PPV.
- Highlight quote problems to CM management team before CM quote is finalized.
Partner with local product engineers and CM team to drive resolution on aging CM liabilities(scrap, rework, MRB) and excess & obsolete inventory in timely manner.
Pre-requisites & Qualifications
? Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent
? At least 8 ~ 10 years of working experience in a Mulit-national corporation within a manufacturing operations environment
? Strong Contract Manufacturing experience with understanding of cost accounting, BOM, etc.
? Excellent communications skills with fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
? At least 2 ~ 3 years managerial experience and having good leadership skills
? Advanced proficiency in Oracle 11i, Brio Reporting, Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Excel.
? Experience in working with overseas counterparts and flexible in taking conference-calls in the evenings when necessary.
