职位描述

Job Description
The Center GM is responsible for leading and managing the sales and service operation team of a 1000+ student Learning Center, including delivery of academic services, non-academic customer service and finance/administration functions. The sales team will drive both new sales, referral sales and repeat sales and work closely with the operations team to ensure high-quality customer service throughout the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead and manage the Center course consulting team and ensure that every team member is both a highly driven salesperson and a positive representative of and our core values
2.Train, audit and mentor sales operations in the Center and be the leader of best sales practices among the team
3.Drive results toward monthly sales targets, allocating sales appointments on a daily basis to team members, ensuring the quality and consistency of the sales process, from customer reception to sales meeting presentation (and materials) and onward.
4.Coordinate with Marketing on Center-focused marketing activities.
5.Lead the management team in the Center including the Director of Studies, Service managers, study advisors and others to create a highly motivated service organization
6.Manage all service functions to ensure the Center is full of happy students
7.Manage the school budget with a close eye on cost control
8.Interface with the regional teams, including the regional Student Services director (on booking and operating processes), Academic director (on materials and teaching operations), Finance teams (on monthly reporting and payroll), Real Estate manager (on larger maintenance and construction issues), Marketing director and an IT Coordinator.
9.Lead training activities to ensure efficient and high quality production of academic programs and service processes.
10.Manage scheduling efficiency and customer service processes, ensure prompt follow up to customer service issues
11.Oversee all equipment installation, cleaning staff management and facility maintenance, to ensure high quality Center image.
12.Participate in regional management meetings, discussions and contribution to strategic direction of the region. Constantly come up with ways in which the Center systems can be improved, develop and implement proposals
13.Monitor adherence to operating policies and administer disciplinary system
14.Oversee payroll and bonus calculation and allocation as appropriate
15.Act as a leader and role model for the Center
16.Create as many “student evangelists” as possible to spread the word on the System
Travel Required: Some travel in China region.

Candidate Background:
8 years or above work experience and at least 3 years on senior management position in fast-paced growth environment, preferably in service industry. Had independently handled overall management and experienced work with people from different culture.

Essential Skills/Experience:
1.Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and management.
2.An extroverted personality with a desire to help students reach their goals in life
3.A sales background with previous experience in meeting sales targets
4.Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive spirit
5.Basic finance management skills.
6.Detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted organization.
7.Can work under pressure and remain creative, solutions-oriented and self-motivated.
8.Good people skills; able to hire, train and monitor staff.
9.Good computer skills, including MS-Office.

Essential Education: Bachelor degree or above in business management or related.

Travel Required: Some travel in China region.
