职位描述：

？ Reach sales target in duty area.
达成销售目标；

？ Further extend sales and reach team and individual target.
进一步扩展销售，达成团队与个人的销售业绩；

？ Promote BCS products. And BARTEC full rang products in various projects.
负责博太科应负责项目内所有产品的推广；

？ Close working with present clients in Duty area. Increase BARTEC product specific rating in these customer groups.
与原有客户合作，增加产品在客户群中的评级；

？ Digging and developing the new clients in duty area.
挖掘新客户，开发与建立新用户群；

？ Find potential distributors in duty area.
挖掘潜在供应商；

？ Pocesses necessary/specific sales channel
具有一定的渠道管理经验

？ To ensure prompt payment from duty clients.
确认并追踪客户应付款项；

？ Organize seminar / training for duty customers. Together with BARTEC distributors to participate their routine BARTEC Exhibitions and seminars, and provide them with necessary technical support.
与博太科供应商合作，为客户提供组织研讨会与培训，参与展会与各类会议，并有效提供技术支持；

？ Understand and follow close the evolution of duty market and circulate information to BARTEC, and hand in the monthly report on time.
清楚掌握各种有效信息，按时上交月报；

资历：

l 工作热情、努力、能够承受工作压力、善于团队合作；
l 具有一定的领导力，有带领团队工作经验；
l 有8年及以上产品销售工作经验（从事电气、电子、工业自动化产品优先）；
l 英文熟练，CT-6或以上；
l 熟悉质量管理体系，有基础防爆知识和对防爆许可证有一定了解。
