围绕公司整体发展战略，统筹公司的人力资源管理及行政工作
岗位职责：
人事方面：
1、组织拟定公司的人力资源管理制度，指导和监督制度的执行情况
2、负责公司人员规划、人员配置、组织招聘、人才梯队建设、员工关系管理等
3、负责开展公司的薪酬绩效管理活动
4、负责执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续
5、负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案
行政方面：
1、严格执行公司的各项管理制度、促进项目的内部流程梳理与优化
2、促进公司日常会务管理，公文管理等行政管理和后勤支持

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理相关专业优先考虑，
2、熟悉人力资源各大模块，精通薪酬绩效以及招聘板块的工作
3、至少5年以上人事行政工作经验
4、具备良好的行政管理能力，亲和力强
5、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力
6、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，熟悉HR办公系统
