Main Requirements任职要求：
Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or relevant major;
电子工程或相关专业本科
More than 3 years working experience on PCBA analysis, for frequency convector or relevant products;
3年以上变频器或相关产品的PCBA分析经验
Frequency convector know how.
了解变频器的工作原理
Have strong analysis ability on power supplier circuit and control circuit of frequency convector;
对变频器的电源供应电路和控制电路有很强的分析能力
Be familiar with PCBA manufacturing process.
熟悉PCBA生产流程
Good knowledge on frequency convector testing and PCBA testing;
变频器测试和PCBA测试相关知识
Could use the test and analysis equipments very skillfully (including multi meter, oscilloscope etc.)
熟练使用测试和分析仪器（万用表，示波器等等）
Systematic Problem solving concept on root cause analysis
系统地解决和分析问题的能力
Fluent reading and written English skills and oral English ability
顺畅的英文读写及口语沟通能力
Seriously working attitude and communicating ability is a must
严谨的工作态度和沟通能力

Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
In charge of testing failure PCBA of frequency convector analysis.
负责测试失效PCBA的失效分析
Study the failure PCBA to find the root case and provide technical guidence for future repairing.
分析失效PCBA并且能够找出其失效原因，提供维修方面技术指导
Root case analysis and reporting to provide the information for process and quality improvement on production, testing both in Vacon and Suppliers.
失效原因的分析和整理，能够反馈足够的信息给内部和外部供应商其生产和测试部门，提供关于制程和质量提高方面的建议。
Meeting with PCBA suppliers regularly.
