PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To set up handover process for new facilities includes( 3 Hangzhou factories ,35 Branch offices ) and assist in due diligence for transition activities.
2. To lead all service delivery for new facilities;
3.Take charge of Kitchen equipment construction;
4.Technical support for Branch offices operation and 3 Hangzhou factories operation;
5.To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with both client team and C&W team members;
6.To direct, monitor and control the performance of all vendors and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner;
7.To provide training and guidance to directly employed staff;
8.To attempt to pro-actively keep manager informed of all potential issues/concerns regarding assigned properties and/or department procedures;
？9.To undertake ad-hoc projects that you may be required at the Company's reasonable discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
1.Bachelor degree above in Engineering, Facilities Management or the other related fields;
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Facility management with previous experience in deoration project coordination, M&E installation & commissioning coordination, or new facility handover;
3.Good coordination ability with cross function and Good presentation ability;
4.CAD ability;
5.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
