Those who are experienced in technical support with Lighting background is appreciated.

Primary Responsibilities:

- To answer all incoming phone calls or emails from customers or sales about lighting products technical related inquiries. e.g. application issue, product selection, replacement for obsolete item… ect;

- Provide technical documents to customers or sales.

- Log in all cases in Siebel System as requirement

- Check Catalog and QAD system maintenance, correct it with IT’s support;

- Technical Q&A summary and update Quarterly;

- Conduct internal technical training for team members

Qualifications Required:

- College degree or above and at least 3 years experience in technical position of lighting manufactory or related field;

- Both lamps & fixture knowledge is preferred;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good understanding of internal guideline and products/service;

- Ownership and responsible;

- Able to work under pressure.
