职位描述
Primary Function :
Directs the sales and marketing activities for an assigned geographic area through the implementation of company strategy. This position is responsible for managing up to 30 Million RMB in sales and direct reporting responsibility for up to 10 Account Managers. Ensures strategic and tactical alignment with business partners.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Leadership
*Responsible for sales generation in an assigned geographic area including market penetration, new opportunity development, customer relations, and customer retention. 负责对指定销售区域的市场开发与渗透,开发新客户,维护老客户
*Collaborate to create, execute, and measure sales and marketing tactics that are required by Company strategy and financial objectives. 根据公司的战略目标和财政目标,协作创建,执行并衡量可行的销售策略
* Develop and implement local marketing programs and implement national marketing initiatives. 制定并实施适合指定区域的营销方案
* Maximize gross profit opportunity by insuring price integrity. 在诚信的基础上,寻求利益最大化
* Integrate all internal and external resources to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. 整合所有内部和外部资源,实现客户满意度
* Provide feedback to organization on barriers to success. 对于工作中的障碍提供有效的反馈意见,以取得成功
Resource Management
·Work with sales management to ensure coordinated leadership of sales performance and resource allocation. 做好相应的销售管理工作,协调资源的分配,确保销售业绩
·Manage strategic brand relationships 品牌战略管理

·Select, develop, train, and retain top talent. 选择、培养、训练并留住顶尖人才
·Identify and develop strong contributors through the use of Performance Excellence. 认可并发展绩效考核良好的员工
·Manage Account Manager Performance metrics, including but not limited to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and account penetration. 管理销售绩效指标,包括但不限于客户满意度,客户忠诚度和帐户渗透
·Provide effective and on-going coaching and development 提供有效、持续的培训
Operational Responsibility:
*Communicate in an organized, clear and brief manner to effectively express ideas, plans, actions, projects, and engagements, which support customer business activity 有组织的、清晰简要的沟通,有效地表达思想,计划、参与对客户业务有帮助的项目和活动
*Assist Sales Team with accomplishing individual and team sales goals by identifying and classifying both existing & potential account opportunities and by establishing call priorities and frequencies 通过识别、分类现有的和潜在的机会,建立业务的优先次序和频率,协助完成个人和团队销售目标
*Direct engagement with contacts at key customer sites who can initiate an order or influence a buying decision 对于重要的客户,直接接触能够影响到购买决策的关键人
*Demonstrates full compliance to company sales and pricing guidelines 以身作则,完全符合公司的销售和定价准则
*Demonstrate ability of consistently overachieving the financial and sales objectives 展示长期超越财务和销售目标的能力
*Consistently seeks new product knowledge and understands competitive environment 坚持寻求新的产品知识,适应竞争环境
*Fully leverage all resources and technical support provided by Grainger 充分利用一切固安捷提供的资源和技术支持
*Assist Account Managers on large acct development and final negotiations of annual agreements 协助销售进行账期和年度协议的最终谈判
*Assist the sales manager on key account planning and goal setting for the territory 协助销售经理,对所负责区域内的重点客户进行规划和目标设定
Preferred Education & Experience:
*Effective communicator. Capable of speaking in an effective and influential manner to professional sellers, and customers. 有效的沟通,面对专业销售和客户能够进行高效及有影响力的沟通
*High proficiency in English, both verbal and written. 具有良好的口头和书面英语能力
*3 year College degree or equivalent experience (degree preferred) 大专学历或以上
*Minimum of 5 years of direct Sales Management experience. Global/Multinational Organization experience is a plus. 最少拥有5年直接的销售管理经验,有全球或者跨国集团的经验者更好
*Demonstrate successful strategic planning, problem solving, and time management and organization skills. 拥有成功的市场战略计划,良好的解决问题能力,以及优秀的时间管理能力和组织能力
*Demonstrate competence in the application of computer software and technology that supports sales objectives (i.e. MS Windows Applications). 能够使用电脑软件和技术整理销售项目(例如,微软视窗)
*Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with customers so that objectives can be achieved. 可以与客户维持良好的关系并进一步发展关系使得既定任务可以完成
*Must have excellent presentation skills, strong customer focus, and ability to manage change. 有良好的表达能力,强烈的客户关注度,改变现状的能力
*Must be able to motivate, inspire, and achieve results through others. 拥有良好的应变能力,渴望成功,可以通过其他条件来达成目标
*Understands financial reporting and ability to analyze business needs and costs/budgets. 熟悉财务报表,能够进行市场需求分析和成本预算
*Must have driving license and car. 拥有驾照和汽车
*Extensive travel is required. 能够适应出差
