Job Title: Technical Service Engineer

Job Description
1. After sales technical service on site including installation, supervision, commissioning/hand over and troubleshooting;
2. Offer technical telephone support to all the clients in China to achieve Matcon’s guarantee to the clients for quick response.
3. Create the test protocol and conduct the test for potential customers, maintain all the equipment in COE Shanghai in a good conditions and ready for the test;
4. Assist PM for local project management including related drawings, documentations and schedule;
5. Communicate internally and externally to achieve good understanding level between the company and client technically;
6. Liaise with third party, engineering partner for execution of the project to make sure it can be done smoothly and within schedule;
7. Provide technical training to the clients and agents;
8. Assist and support the operation team of the group for any projects or local sourcing;
9. Quality control and FAT for local purchasing order;
10. Maintain accurate records of time sheets and expenses in accordance with Company procedures;
11. Project support and technical service for the clients in Asia region if necessary;
12. Technical support for the business units within MPT if necessary;
13. Technical support for exhibitions, seminars etc. marketing activities;
14. Sales technical support such as preparing technical solution/proposal, drawing and test;
15. Reporting of above work in required format of the company.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree (or similar qualification) of engineering background, majored in mechanical or electrical engineering, automation or related field;
2. At least 2-3 years working experiences as technical service/support/maintenance role;
3. Good experiences to work on the machineries and production lines for commissioning/start up and troubleshooting; Experience and/or training in PLC / Automation controls – basic programming or configuration skills.
4. Experiences of working in food, pharmaceutical, plastics, chemical production plant are highly preferred;
5. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English, oral and writing;
6. Good training skills;
7. Being able to work under pressure on site;
8. Able to travel frequently mainly in China and sometimes overseas;
9. Able to learn fast and open minded;
10. Being confidence and professional in front of clients;
11. Being reliable, countable and responsible;
12. Being positive attitude to resolve whenever facing problems.
13. Being skillful to use office software and AutoCAD.
