System Outsource Mfg QRE Intel Products ( Shanghai)


Description
In this position, SOM QRE will be working with Intel Ultra Mobile Group Business Unit teams, GMPO team and external ODM/CM (Contractor Manufacturer)team to ensure quality and reliability of the boards& systems produced at ODM/CM sites meets Intel requirements, quality management scope includes selecting, certifying and supporting outsourced Boards and Systems Mfg sites. He/she is expected to participate & provide Q&R inputs in new site assessment and drive QOS/Mfg quality gap closure, lead/co-lead site/line certification activities for SRA (Ship Release Approval). In HVM stage, he/she is expected to establish key mfg quality requirements to ODMs, manage excursions related to ODM Mfg/ Materials, stay on top of respective ODM quality performance, lead QOS health assessment and influence/drive key Quality focus actions/CIP programs to achieve the next level of excellence.



Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is required at minimum with 3years + working experience in semicon manufacturing fields.
-Experience in mobile phone manufacturing/quality management is strongly desired.
- Strong problem solving and communication/influencing skills are also required for the person to effectively work with internal functional groups as well as external ODM teams.
-Knowledge on quality operation systems, statistical analysis, and auditor certification is a plus.
