职责：
1. 领导并执行项目管理任务，根据项目需要组织从设计、报批报建、开工和施工、竣工移交等过程的项目管理工作；
2 .领导并实施和项目相关的手续协助、设计管理、施工管理和采购招标管理工作，编制整理有关的技术资料和报价研究分析工作；
3 .管理现场团队并负责和业主及各参建单位的协调与沟通,实现项目目标；
4. 制定项目管理执行计划，并按照计划控制EHS（包括LEED）、进度、质量、成本、合同及文件等方面的工作；
5. 编制项目实施过程中的各项文件、汇报、报告、档案等编制和整理工作，
6. 监督各参建单位的工作质量；
7. 确保向客户提供高质量的工作成果及项目完整交付；
8. 完成部门安排的其他工作任务。

要求：
1. 施工管理/土木工程/建筑工程/钢结构等专业学士或以上教育背景；
2. 10年以上工作经验，在项目管理领域担任三个完整项目以上的项目经理经历；
3. 熟悉外资工业厂房项目的土建、钢结构、机电等方面的施工工艺、标准和规范规定，以及进度、质量、安全、成本控制等；
4. 善于沟通、对工作充满热情、出色的人际关系处理能力和解决问题的能力，具有适应新环境和高压工作环境能力，出色的团队精神；
5. 熟悉常用工程用电脑软件，包括MS word, excel, project, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD等；
6. 具备熟练的英语听说读写能力；
7. 根据项目要求，适应长期出差或派驻外地现场，该项目需派驻无锡约15个月以上，完成后按公司要求另派。
8. 有欧美外资工业项目或管理公司经验优先。

Responsibility：
1. Project management implementation, lead the PM work from design, government procedure, construction，acceptance and all of project management activities.
2. Lead and implement the permitting assistance, design management, construction management and procurement management. Prepare the tech specification & cost analysis.
3. Lead a site team and as a key person to execute projects in a timely manner, within budget and with optimum resources
4 .Make PMIP and control the process to EHS (incl. LEED), progress, quality，cost，contract and other necessary work to complete the PM process.
5 .Document management, incl. government approval, design drawings, report, and archive.
6. Supervise & coordinate the service by all parties.
7. Ensure to maintain the high performance and service to the client until the completely handover.
8. Complete the other assignment by PJM.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above on construction management, civil engineering, steel structure.
2. Over ten years work experience on project management industries, with at least three complete reference projects as project manager.
3. Familiar with construction process, national code and local regulations, and progress management, quality management, safety management and cost management on the foreign invested industry projects.
4. Flexible and excellent communication skills and interpersonal handling ability, passion in work and quick step in the new environments, work under high pressure, excellent team spirit.
5. Familiar with normal engineering software, i.e. MS word, excel, project, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD.
6. Fluent speaking and writing in English.
7. Long-term on site work upon the actual project requirements, willing to frequent travel. This position will base in Wuxi for more than 15 months.
8. Candidate with Project Management Company or Europe/America invested projects experience will be preferable.
