大学及以上学历，房地产或销售类相关专业优先；
3年以上相关行业销售或服务类相关经验，有相当的客户资源和行业渠道；
了解国内及国际商业地产市场，有敏锐的市场洞察力；

出色的人际沟通及商务谈判能力；
热爱商业地产销售事业，具备强烈进取精神


工作描述

负责相关的市场业务开拓；

为客户提供专业的商业地产服务，做好客户关系维护；
达成公司制定的销售目标；
为部门团队提供专业支持，在团队中进行市场信息分享；
其它上级交办的工作任务；

Qualifications:

Degree holder, preferably in real estate related disciplines.
Sales or services industry background
Over 3 years of work experience in real estate industry
Knowledge of China and International real estate market, strong insight in the commercial estate
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong self-motivation and result-orientation


Responsibilities:

Develop business through networking
Meeting clients and prepare proposals, reports, RFP, LOI, building comparison, financial analysis, conduct site inspections and conclude transactions
Achieve revenue target set by the company
Provide high quality professional tenant representation services
Market information sharing with other team members as a team leader
Performed related duties as directed.
