工作描述

负责相关的市场业务开拓；
拜访客户，提供需求解决方案、财务分析、楼盘考察及交易促成；
达成公司制定的销售目标；
提供专业的租赁中介服务；
在系统中更新最新楼盘的信息、租户需求及市场供应；
在团队中进行市场信息分享；
其它上级交办的工作任务；

Qualifications:

Degree holder, preferably in real estate related disciplines.
Sales or services industry background preferable
0-2 years of work experience in real estate industry(preferred)
Knowledge of China and International real estate market, and in depth knowledge in the commercial estate is preferable
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interest on real estate industry and sales career
Good command of English , Chineseand Cantonese

Responsibilities:

Develop business through networking and cold calling
Meeting clients and prepare proposals, reports, RFP, LOI, building comparison, financial analysis, conduct site inspections and conclude transactions
Achieve revenue target set by the company
Provide high quality professional tenant representation services
Canvassing and updating building portfolio assigned by the director(s) including building particulars, stacking plan, tenants’ information and availabilities etc. into “SiteSolutions”
Market information sharing with other team members as a team player
Performed related duties as directed.
