• Working with assigned Customer Support Requests (CSR)

• Provide technical support for Ericsson and non-Ericsson Datacom products and solutions.

• Participate in global support case handling process.

• Perform problems isolation and product faults identification

• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting

• Knowledge transfer to internal staff

• On call Emergency Support

• Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation

Qualifications

• At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalents.

• Minimum 1 years working experience in Datacom network area.

• Extensive and deep knowledge in IP networking in layers 2-4.

• Working experience with: Linux, FreeBSD.

• Familiar with Switch, Routers and Firewall products, such as Juniper, Extreme, Cisco, Huawei, e.t.c.

• Deep understanding in switching technologies (VLAN/Trunking/ Spanning Tree) and IP routing protocols, including OSPF,ISIS,BGP,MPLS/VPN, VRRP ,QoS and Multicast protocols (IGMP, PIM).

• Good communication skill

• Strong trouble shooting skills.

• Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit

• Independent but also a good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Good customer interaction skills and able to deal with difficult and complex situations

• Quick learner

• Can work under pressure

• Fluent in spoken & written English

• Certifications by Cisco, Juniper and Extreme are preferred.
