Requirements:
? Colleagues/University degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
? At least 3 years of experience as an injection mold engineer, or stamping die engineer, or connector product/process/design engineer.
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Engineering software, such as Solidworks will be preferred
? Well-organized, self-motivated, creative, aggressive, flexible
? Excellent interpersonal skill with customers and be able to communicate well internally with colleagues in Asia & USA.
Job summary:
? First 18 months :
? To have on job training Asia Engineering Group at Huizhou plant
? To work at NR, CAD, PCB, FAI, Lab, IG, Mold, ME, IG, ADG to learn connector related technology.
? To work at IPG to help solving connector issue at customer side.
? After 18 months:
? To work as technical FAE at Shenzhen or Shanghai plant
? To create new business.
? Interact directly with customers to solve technical issues. Participate in conference calls, visit customer when necessary
