Job Description:
The following job description should be considered within the context of the high speed products we develop and sell.
Post Sales:
? Work with customer engineers on design improvements or product modifications related to ATCS connectors
? Provide Assembly DFM feedback to customer design teams on backplane assemblies
? Advise customer engineers on the best practice use of ATCS connectors within specific system parameters
? Provide support to Contract Manufacturers in the best use of our connectors
Pre Sales:
Discover and review customer inquiry from technical point of view
? Propose high speed connector solutions to our various customers
? Work with ATCS Product Development and Signal Integrity teams on new connector development proposals for our customers
? Work with Field Sales Engineers and Product Development to differentiate our product from our competition during sales campaigns.
? Give technical presentations on product updates and provide marketing information to our Sales and Product Development Teams.
Deliver the consultant service to customer for system architecture and PCB layout
Leadership:
Managing the FAE team in the region Consolidate and compose the design win funnels to
company timely
Support front line Sales and FAE for build the senior relationship with customer RD team
Coaching and Review the FAE team performance
Deliver the Senior level training and seminar to both internal and customer team.
Requirements:
Self motivate, working under-pressure
? BSEE or BSME and above
? 12-15 years experience with PCB related technology
? 5-8 years connector experience, high speed connector experience would be a plus
? Ability to interface with customers and build strong and credible relationships with our customer engineering management team
? Certain Signal Integrity knowledge would be a bonus
Have the experience for Telecom and Server etc... application from System architecture point of view
