The strategic initiative group is in charge of driving complex project based initiatives across the Global operations of the Com test segment within the company.
This role is responsible for leading Global Operations continuous process improvement efforts critical to driving growth and the development of "world class" operational excellence initiatives. Develop and drive global supply chain transformation programs while delivering operating results. Work with Global leadership teams across the company to identify, review, prioritize & execute of key strategic initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager you will be in charge of driving projects for:
? Global operations organization improvement
? CM consolidation and / or product transfer
? Lead business development / business integration of M&A program
? Assess and propose improvement to our global operations footprint
? Drive global, strategic, and tactical implementation of continuous improvement tools & methodologies to support the development of operational and services processes.
? Benchmark best practices with external companies and integrate systems and processes into company
SKILLS
? Project management skills
? Ability to work in a multi-cultural / multi-functional environment
? Experience working with outsourced operations in an EMS / ODM environment
? Excellent working skills in financial/business data analysis techniques
? Experience in driving complex transformation projects to completion
? Excellent communication skills / Ability to work with all levels of management
? Must be data driven and results oriented
? English and Chinese Language - verbal and written fluency
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
? Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred
? Ability to energize, develop and influence at all levels within an organization
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE (Minimum)
? MBA or MS in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
? 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
