职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY The Scheduler / Expeditor is responsible for all aspects of scheduling customer orders with the contract manufacturing partners to insure satisfactory deliver to our customers. Primary responsibilities are as follows:

? Primary ownership for day to day scheduling of customer orders to meet customer requirements.
? Works closely with the Order Management, Sales and Sales Operations teams to fully understand customer requirements for booked sales orders - manages multiple priorities to maintain on time deliveries for all customer orders.
? Works with Contract Manufacturing partners to insure shipment of all orders align to scheduled commit dates and customer request dates.
? Works daily with Contract Manufacturing partners to expedite delivery of any material required to meet customer order delivery expectations. Coordinates expedite activity on material and labor with the CM. Manages material escalations through Commodity Managers as required to insure on time delivery.
? Maintains and reviews on time delivery reports for CM partner - drives continuous improvement activity to insure 100% on time delivery performance.
? Manages any customer escalation requests regarding customer order delivery schedules.
? Responsible for on time delivery coordination for New Product Introduction (NPI) with the CM - including delivery of prototypes and adherence to volume production ramp schedules.
? Coordinate with Planning team to develop and implement forecast with CM.
? Provide information to support Quarterly Business Reviews with the Contract Manufacturers to review overall performance against established goals and objectives.
? Conduct weekly reviews with Contract Manufacturers to measure performance against stated goals and objectives, and to drive continual process improvement in areas not meeting required performance levels.

SKILLS Required

? Strong communication skills that include written, verbal, formal presentations and negotiation skills.
? Fluency in English - both written and verbal
? Experience with ERP systems - preferably Oracle.
? Demonstrated skills in using desktop applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Project schedule planning software.
? Some minor travel required

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE (Minimum)

? BS in Business or Supply Chain Management field.
? 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
