Tooling Purchasing Engineer 冷冲压模具采购工程师

Duties and Responsibilities
Proactive sourcing for new potential suppliers and build up of procurement market analysis according to central purchasing requirements in Asia;
Support of the Central purchasing and linking the purchasing activities between Asian suppliers and central purchasing;
Carry out of initial visits (potential new suppliers), tool and part discussion;
Participation in the supplier nomination;
Development of purchase strategies in cooperation with central purchasing;
Preparation and participation in price negotiations with suppliers;
Carry out of system and process audits,potential analysis, creation of test plants with the suppliers etc. in cooperation with supplier quality engineer
Guarantee of serial deliveries according to the requested delivery date;
Development/support in all purchasing related matters of the suppliers from Asia;
Support of the central purchasing with regard to fulfilment of local and global goals in the field of all relevant commodities; Identification, determination and realization of saving potentials in cooperation with central purchasing and other departments;
Realization of improvement measures with suppliers
Participation in contract negotiation with suppliers
Conclusion of purchasing contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Technical oriented studies (eg. Mechanical, engineering);
5+ years related work experience in Cold Stamping Tooling Design/Process/Manufacturing /Procurement, automotive industry preferred;
Knowledge of manufacture and purchasing processes, negotiating competence as well as high quality awareness;
Good communication skills especially in the international/intercultural context;
Good knowledge of MS-Office applications;
Good knowlegde of the contract law;
Good English spoken and writen.
