Job Description:
? Plans and delivers domestic and regional Cash Management solutions for customers (covering account, liquidity and transactional management and Electronic Banking)
? Proactively seeks to maximise returns from both domestic and regional cash management Implementations
? Supports overseas PCM Implementation teams in regional deals requiring China's participation
? Participates in deal teams (for large and key RFPs) to assist Sales to close deals with major customers
? Manage the operational risks inherent in PCM China and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses
? Ensure that Bank's proposed solutions comply with external practices and regulations throughout the region and that suitable cash management solutions are delivered within agreed time frames to capture revenues at the earliest opportunities
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree and above
? Good working attitude and can work under pressure
? Good knowledge of banking operations and workflows (namely payments, trade and account operations)
? Good communication, interpersonal selling and negotiation skill
? Strong organization, negotiation skill and project management skill
? Ability to understand customer's needs and cross-sell the Bank's products and services
? Good command of spoken and written English
? 5-10 years banking experience
? Frequent travel need as the job holder will cover remote branches in area outside Guangdong province.
