职位描述
Responsibilities:
- To setup the right IPQC and OQC management for all our manufacturing lines
- To set-up an efficient IQC management, actively participate in Suppliers Audits, manage and control all outsourced parts and finished products quality.
- To Work on continuous improvement of the lines to minimize return rate, scrap rate and product rework.
- To build up a quality system that enables us to pass ISO certification, support and monitor other departments in their system, process building and recordings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working experiences in quality, 2+ years in management
- Bachelor's degree, major in mechanical or Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related major
- Excellent English, both written and oral English
- Quality management experience in LED lamps or electronic / consumer goods industry
- Knowledge on Quality system & in process and/or incoming quality control
- Had special Trainings, as Quality systems auditing, ISO certification, 6Sigma experience is a plus
- Perfectionist, able to track potential failures in a process
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong leadership, can work under pressure, self-motivated, honest, aggressive & hard-working
