职位描述
Responsibilities:
- to manage the SMT workshop, the Auto-Lathe workshop and assembly-line operations
- Prepare the master production planning with the target to reduce our delivery-time to the maximum
- Optimize our methods: continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes in order to improve our quality and productivity levels
- Implement lean production methods, Kaizen, 5S and 6 sigma tools
- Balancing cost and output levels
- Ensure quality control in our processes
- Ensure a good communication in the factory
- Anticipates, day after day, any potential trouble
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, major in mechanics or related major
- 5+ years working in production management in assemby, metal parts processing, consumer goods or automotive equipment industries
- Excellent English, both written and oral English
- Strong background in Production or Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge in Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, SMED considered as plus
- Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office etc.)
- Knowledge with ISO 9000/9001 standards, TPM knowledge
- Strong leadership, autonomy, can work under pressure, team builder, act & achieve, hard-working, responsiveness, organizer, planner, decider, attentive, honest & Loyal
