Job Scope:
Under the direction of Finance Controller, the position holder will lead MTX Shenzhen finance team to provide quality financial statements of business operation, as well as management reports to relating departments and people; He/she should also work with the team to establish rules and procedure to protect company's assets, ensure cash flow status can support the business operation of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct accounting team to ensure finance service is good to support the business and plant operations;
- Establishing and monitoring the costing system for a manufacturing plant;
- Supervising the accounting team in Shenzhen for product pricing;
- Supervising and managing the accounting team in Shenzhen;
- Preparing the monthly report and forecast for manufacturing plan;
- To communicate with CFO at headquarter directly.
- Provide quality financial information to management for making good decisions;
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Performance Measure:
- Refer to Target Agreement
Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum ACCA finalist/University graduate or equivalent;
- At least 3 years working experience in accounting firm or with same position in manufacturing company.
- Sound knowledge of costing accounting, inventory control, PRC accounting and taxation regulations is preferable;
- Strong analytical mind, independent and mature;
- Responsible for ad hoc assignment ;
- Good command in both English and Putonghua ;
- Immediate available is preferred.
- Computer skills: Office , especially Excel;
- Knowledge and experience with a major ERP system will be a plus;
- Good command of English both oral and written;
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
