岗 位 职 责：

1、深入现场，负责日常施工测量、现场试验和验收，操作各种测量设备（rod& level，GPS，全站仪??等）；
2、负责现场问题的处理、协调，定期如实全面向主任工程师汇报工作情况，能指导各专业分包单位的技术管理以确保质量目标；
3、审查和分析施工分包商或供应商接收到的数据报告，以帮助确保质量目标；
4、记录测试程序和测试结果，并对承包商进行指示和变更；
5、协助项目经理职务，包括调度，材料成本的研究，供应商管理，和分包商的协调；
6、积极向工程师和项目经理提供纠正质量问题的建议；


职 位 要 求：

1、 环境工程、给排水、污水处理专业或其他相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、 3年以上相关工作经验；
3、 精通WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD, OUTLOOK；
4、 熟练使用各种调查和测量设备；
5、 良好的沟通能力和组织能力；
6、 工作积极主动，高度注重细节；
7、 有独立判断和调度的经验；
8、 能适应长期出差（黑龙江，内蒙古，陕西广西地区等）。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

-Conducting initial, construction and final site surveys using various survey equipment
(e.g.,rod & level, GPS, Total Station, etc.).
-Act as Engineer's or Project Manager's Representative at construction sites.
-Perform construction inspections and field testing for construction projects.
-Prepare daily construction reports and as-built drawings from survey data.
-Convey general engineering information regarding construction projects to other employees,
plan holders, customers, and regulatory officials.
-Interpret project instructions and blueprints to ascertain specifications, construction procedures,
project objectives, and system startup requirements.
-Troubleshoot system problems and report information to Engineers and Project Managers.
-Provide recommendations for correcting quality problems to Engineers and Project Managers.
-Review and analyze construction data received from subcontractors or vendors to help ensure quality
goals are being met.
-Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and assist with contractor instructions
and change orders.
-Assist with project manager duties including scheduling, material cost research, vendor management,
and subcontractor coordination.
-Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
-Report gross violations of the quality assurance / quality control policy to appropriate personnel.
-This position has access to confidential information on pricing, and budgets, and must maintain that
confidentiality, demonstrating a high level of integrity and transparency.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

-Associates Degree in Water Supply and Sewage Engineering or related field and 3 years technical
related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Proficient using survey and testing equipment.
-Excellent communication (written, electronic, telephone, and in person) and organization skills
-High level of attention to detail and sensitivity to confidentiality
-Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic business environment
-Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment, discretion and initiative in performing job duties
-Activity scheduling experience
-Able to travel multiple times per year for up to 25 continuous days in remote locations.
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
