SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Develop, present and implement strategic marketing and tactical plans for the product lines.

2.Plan,develop,implement and monitor all marketing activities including advertising/promotional campaigns, trade shows/exhibitions, product seminars and distributors/dealers conferences.

3.Conduct market research, feasibility study, interact closely with various departments for product specification and initiate product development along with improvements to meet customers’ needs.

4.Analyze market and competitive trends to identify market opportunities and develop appropriate strategies to enhance AKSA’s competitive edge.

5.Prepare product line-up and pricing forecasts in line with changing market trends.

6.Provide marketing support to field sales including training, generation of sales aids/tools, literature/brochures, etc.

7.Work closely with sales and external agencies/vendors to develop sales aids/tools, promotion materials, etc.

8.Oversee the translation of literature from English to Chinese for use in China market.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1.Degree holder with at least 8 years’ of sales/marketing experience in a relevant industry

2.Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3.High self-drive and assertiveness to meet business objectives

4.Self-starter who enjoys working in a team as well as independently

5.Committed and resourceful

6.Proficient in English – both written and in conversations.
