职位描述
Job Duties:
？ Provide leadership and direction to the Merchandising, Product Development and Quality Assurance/Tech team;
？ Develop and maintain relationships with vendors & UK team;
Monitor factory production schedules thoroughly to ensure development and client approval process runs smoothly within agreed factory dates;
？ Monitor and ensure QA/Technical requirements and quality standards of customers are properly implemented in factory production？
Find new market sources for ladies footwear and new factories/vendors
Job Requirement:
？ College degree or above;？
computer literate;？
at least 10 years working experience in ladies shoes industry;？
excellent planning, coordination, organization skills, strong process orientation;
？ knowledge on LADIES footwear factories, pricing, sourcing, product development, raw materials;
？ good communication skills, English & Mandarin (oral & written) A MUST;
？ good management skills required, supervising 2 office locations (WZ & DG);
？ Familiarity with the UK ladies footwear market and customers highly preferred;
？ able to work under extreme pressure.
