Job Description:
1. Identify the product quality standard and specific requirements, such as environmental test requirement, function test requirement, etc.
2. Provide expertise in the development of DFMEA/PFMEA and also DFM review.
3. Design review with product design engineer such as tolerance, Cpk and SPC, product specification etc.
4. Create qualification Plans, control Plans, inspection methods etc in NPI stage.
5. Work with DE/TE for products, tooling and process qualification
6. Responsible for AQP checklist and make sure all items can be closed on time.
Problem solving such as failure analysis, customer complain with product designer.

Qualification:
l GB certificate will be a plus
l Trained in QS-9000 and TS16949 quality standard.
l Familiar with APQP process.
l Knowledge and application skills of statistics and data analysis.
l Familiar with SPC, CPK, 8D, DOE tools
