Job Description:
1. Equipment upgrading, efficiency/reliability improvement
2. Equipment Maintenance
a. Trouble shooting for critical equipment issues;
b. Update and revise the working instruction
c. Training to technician, conduct data analysis on the machine down time and continuous improvement plan
d. Order spare parts and monitor the spare parts inventory system
3. Cost Saving
Conduct spare parts localization; and equipment upgrading,effciency/reliability improvement in order to reduce operation const, optimize all the tooling design.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree, major in electical/ electronic control/ mechanical engineering of Manufacture Engineering;
2.Familiar with PLC/Solidworks, and other 3D modeling software
3.with mechanical machine knowledge
4.Harness crimp machine/ Automatic machine and etc background preferred
5.with good electrical/electronic control knowledge background
6.Good spoken English
7.Harness industry experience preferred
