职位描述
Position: Legal Counsel M&A, China
Reporting line: Legal Director, Asia
Responsibility:
Supporting and working together with Legal Director on M&A in China. Legal responsibility for certain projects will be given to Legal Counsel.
? Drafting contracts
? Participate in the structuring phases of the projects
? Preparing and conducting negotiations with partners other stakeholders (government)
? Assisting with translation for management in negotiations
? Secure implementation of transactions
Educational / minimum requirements:
? PRC qualified lawyer with at least [7] years of working experience post-graduation.
? Having worked abroad or in China for an international law firm and/or having worked as lawyer in an international company.
? Extensive experience with M&A transactions in China including
? Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Personal qualifications / competencies:
? Hardworking business and results oriented person with strong drive and commitment.
? Structured and analytical with focus on quality and with a clear sense of prioritisations.
? Person who is strong at building relations at all levels and a good team player.
? Honest and loyal and with a high degree of responsibility/integrity.
? Reasonable level of leadership competencies (or potential) would be an advantage.
