职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Facilitate the implementation of annual training plan, esp. the class-room part, need to collaborate with Global L&D team closely;
? Lead GC training calendar update in coordinating with Global L&D team/ other key stakeholder in GC Region;
? Enrich e-learning programs according to Global MoDU modules regionalization plan and local needs; guide local modules development;
? Plan/ prepare/support to deliver Leader briefing sessions, as well as How-to sessions via Webex, enhance the efficiency of virtual learning efforts, in a creative way;
? Support/ or lead local workshops development based on needs of Commercial/ Operations;
? Other routine work (training needs analysis etc.)…
Requirements:
? Bachelor or above;
? Knowledge of other HRM module;
? Good facilitation and presentation skills; Good interpersonal and execution skill;
? Good English spoken and written
? Advanced knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PPT), Outlook, etc.
? Minimum 3 years HR experience and 3 years’ experience in T&D related field; Demonstrated ability in people management.
? Optimistic, able to work under pressure; Solid experience on customer interactions will be a plus.
