职位描述



Factor I : Accountability

Identify, Qualify and Lead in the pursuit of key business opportunities in his region
Take lead /coach his staff on the key projects pursuit in the region, and set up strong relationship with the customer, provide right solution to the customer so as to win all business opportunities.
Provide accurate project forecast in his region timely, not only meet or exceed the team budget by product line, but also meet his team's commitment by period.
Provide monthly report timely
Support DMC National sales manager and South region director in internal organization development, and business strategic plan
Team work with other teams in South Region/Daniel China, so as to meet Daniel China's target
Supervise/train his team in both sales skill and technology, so as to meet or exceed the budget by individual
Develop /maintain high level contacts with the key customer in the region
Assist in the launch of new products within the territory
Participate in Bi-weekly regular business review meeting

Scope Data

· Coverage - South Region, i.e. the territory of Guangzhou sales offices
· Responsible for all Daniel Measurement & Control systems and products




Factor II : Knowledge and Skills (Describe how this job will use these skills)
Knowledge and Skills
How Used
· Degree or Diploma in an Engineering Discipline, I&C preferred, mechanical, electrical considered

· Minimum 5 years experience in I&C preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry, custody transfer flow measurement experience advantageous

· Sales - project pursuit experience and or account management experience required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Mature personality and innovative.

· Strong command in both spoken and written English




· Basic competency required. Understand engineering matters easily

· Depth of experience needed to identify, qualify and pursue business opportunity


· Insures familiarization of the processes and strategies required to carry out primary job functions.

· Interaction with customers representatives, peers managers, etc. Co-ordination and negotiation skills required, to close major project sales.


· Communication with foreigners in English speaking and write





Factor III : Supervision

· Provide supervision/leadership to staffs of the regional Daniel sales team in Guangzhou offices
Factor IV : Relationships

· Reports directly to South Region manager and DMC National sales manager

· Interacts regularly with sales management at both EPM China and Daniel Measurement & Control Asia Pacific sales team as well as Daniel world area and system sales and management team.
