Duties and Responsibilities

? Assist the director to establish the design framework of projects

? Independently manage the design life cycle of projects including resource planning, timeline, cost control, quality assurance, summarizing and communication etc.

? Communicate with and present to the customers from concept to construction.

? Team management including recruitment, coaching, performance review, team building etc.

? Maintain and strengthen customers relationship



Requirements

? Experience in design development, architectural design, documentation, and detailing on a wide variety of projects

? Have comprehensive fundamental theoretical and technical knowledge of architecture.

? Demonstrated practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques related engineering principles and building codes

? Ability to translate complex designs into clear, concise details and construction documents

? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

? Very good business acumen

? Can work under pressure
