Main Responsibilities:

Hiring Initiatives
- Define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description and proposed grade, salary range, time arrangement;
Sourcing & Searching
-Assist supervisor with developing and maintaining recruitment channel to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
Source qualified individuals from different channel;
Screening resumes, 1st interviewing and assessing candidates;
- Conduct initial interview and arrange further interview;
- Follow up interview results and hiring decision;
- Check reference, extend offer, negotiate offer with candidates, confirm date of commencement with candidates;
- Prepare contingency plan for candidates backup;
- Associate designing interview guide, developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process;
- Collect & report management information, e.g., hiring status report, selection effectiveness analysis, etc.;

- Assist wih the nationwide recruitment project ( such as campus recruitment, MT project ) execution by supervisor
- Communicate and work closely with business HR members
