Job Description

? Act as support to Senior Architects

? Capable of planning independently or as an assistant to principal designers;

? Capable of developing and optimizing plans; familiar with basic construction models.

? Necessary experience in public construction projects including hotels, office buildings and shopping centers



Job Requirements

? Bachelor degree or above in the Architecture Design relevant discipline

? Proficiency in 3D Modeling such as Revit, Rhino, and 3D Studio Max, Rendering using mental ray or vRay, AutoCAD Architecture 2008, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint

? Have an enquiring mind and a proactive approach to tasks

? Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

? Candidates with working or studying experience outside China, or experience in Multi-National Enterprises are preferred

? Chinese with overseas education background would be an advantage
