Overall Responsibility:
Responsibility for managing the COMPLETE Inbound Process (PO preparation, Track PO status and product availabilities with all plants, Container Loading Plans, Managing Inbound Freight Forwarder, Goods Receipts into warehouse)
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Generate monthly / weekly PO’s and submit to production companies based on the demand plan. Working closely with demand planning team to ensure the timely submission of PO’s to the factories
Track PO status and product availabilities with all INTER-COMPANY plants, ensuring products are available on time to meet the sales commitments.
Managing availability issues with the INTER-COMPANY plant and demand planning, and solving these problems to ensure sales are not lost.
Consolidation of products from 4 different plants in a central warehouse in Europe, and producing Container Loading Plan schedules to ensure timely arrival of products in China, as well as efficiency of container utilization.
Managing container forecast planning to ensure equipment is available and space is booked on carriers
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 6 years working experience in Supply Chain, specifically inbound logistics involving importation and sea freight
Multinational based company experience in consumer goods;
Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
Fluently speaking Putonghua as well as good English both written and spoken
