Position Responsibilities

Customer master data maintainence per company policy
Contract review & negotiation on contract clauses as per company
policy
Order processing, payment follow up and shipment execusion
L/C documents & AR related issues
Dealing with complains with orders fulfillment related such as shiping, intalltaion or service etc
Order fulfillment related support on logistics transportation, local pocurement etc
Order to delivery process mapping

Education & Experience Request

Experience in order management processes and LC negotiations
Strong knowledfe on trading and import & export
Goods English both in writing and speaking
Abilities on process mapping is prefered
SAP experience is desired
Quick response, work independly & efficiently
