MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Cordially and professionally greet all incoming telephone phone calls
?Coordinate receiving and delivering all mails
?Coordinate travel arrangement for employee and visitors
?Provide administrative support
?Coordinate company activities and meeting
?Stationary inventory and distribution management
?Vehicle management in terms of business issue
?Canteen tatistics counting and assistance in management
?Supporting monthly documents reimbursement.
PROFILE:
?College degree or above in business/office management/Secretary or relevant area, it is preferable to whom majored in English
?Good English skills in reading/writing and fluent oral language skills are required, CET6
?An enunciate with standard mandarin, sweet voice and decent appearance
?Good coputer skills in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Other MS Office software
?Able to work independently and with others
?Able to work in fast pace environment with positive and aggressive attitude
?Good communication skills, team spirit, appetency is preferred
?Willing to learn new knowledge and skills is preferred
?More than one year relevant experience in multinational company is preferred
