Duties:
-In charge Quality system.Established ISO 13485 system.
-Maintain quality system
-In charge FDA
-The implementation of quality improvement activities:QCC/7S/6sigma..
-Peole management of quality system
-Create QE (CQE&SQE) and QC organization and set up CQE/SQE/QC strategy and annual quality goal (KPI)
-Conduct process quality management (Including break-down analysis and issue tracked) and customer quality management.
-Manage STS qualification and disqualification by QSA and QPA.
-Organize internal process quality meeting, STS meeting and customer meeting. Conduct SPC, PPAP and RoHS and process quality training.
-Conduct NPI projects quality management for ODM/OEM.
Requirement:
-8 years quality management experience in medical device industry
-3 years peolple management experience
-Quality system experience in medical device
-FDA experience
-Familiar with ISO13485
