Role Summary/Purpose

Support the cross engineering team within China and global to promote cost out/cost down project execution and management. Work closely with global leaders to ensure region target line up with global requirements and being implemented properly, timely. Support function team on project saving figure being claimed and audited till closure.

Essential Responsibilities

Implement processes and lessons learned to improve say/do ratio and drive continuous improvements across D&P engineering. Work with engineering leadership teams to identify potential issues and minimize impact Measure engineering cost out projects and support initiatives to improve margin of products and design across D&P engineering

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeStrong oral and written English communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in the development projectsTechnical leadership growth capabilitiesGood problem solving skills A strong team player with demonstrated commitment on process improvement. Ability to influence others not in a direct reporting relationshipExperience working with global teamsStrong interpersonal skills Strong experience on value added and value engineering support activity and hands on physically job execution.Be able to use VAVE knowledge to lead relative activities, motivate team members and ensure the implementation to achieve targets Be good at MS Office Skills, ERP knowledge; Knowledge on manufacture area in international manufacturing companies is a plus
