Role Summary/Purpose
The IT Program Manager demonstrates accountability for functional and business objectives. In this role you will lead program solutions and integrate Biz processes that support the needs of the Finance Organization. You will be responsible for engaging senior IT and functional leadership of the business and execute programs so to support growth and speed to global operation finance in a measurable way.
Essential Responsibilities
The IT program manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for a financial process domain or functional segment. In this role he/she will work with the business functional team and global IT teams to drive IT strategy to enable business growth, improve customer satisfaction and implement systems to ensure that process improvements are sustained. • Leads programs to implement and realize IT vision & strategy and achieving associated benefits for global operations finance. • Proactively drives the prioritization, budgeting and resource planning of IT work to support business objectives and key initiatives across global operation finance. • Responsible for driving IT operational excellence and controlling costs for global operations finance • Work as a business partner with Global operation finance leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions for business processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent level or knowledge or experience.• Extensive IT program management experience (minimum 10 years) with strong finance, manufacturing and supply chain ERP background.• Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology project management, IT systems, processes and controls.• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP supply chain modules (Oracle EBS 11.5.x or 12.x or SAP ECC 6.0).• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.• Demonstrated and proven effectiveness managing large scope complex projects.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization.• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience leading teams.• Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.

• Black Belt/Master Black Belt with Lean experience• Knowledge of supply chain ERP Modules such as OM, Purchasing, WMS, Inventory, Build of Materials and Shipping• Independent leader with proven ability to simultaneously lead and drive multiple projects in a demanding environment• Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer• Builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint• Business Planning: Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the team• Demonstrated IT thought leadership on financial shared services.• Proven executive level presentation and influencing ability
