Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in China input vat centralization process; Drive and/or participate in transition and expansion projects; Supervise input vat verification and ensure timely, highly accurate data quality; Handle urgent request from AP or business users to ensure no loss; Closely work with AP, biz and mailroom to ensure clean month end closing for VAT deduction and minimize the impact of time difference; Prepare input VAT reconciliation for all in-scope legal entities timely; Well maintain data per requirement in line with company policy; Be a key coordinating point with biz, AP and mailroom for outstanding vat invoices and open items of monthly reconciliation; Initiate monthly operation performance review with AP and Biz; Maintain golden tax system and necessary update for software and hardware both to ensure input vat invoices verification stability; Identify improvement area and work with process owner for process optimization; Other Ad-hoc assignments
