Role Summary/Purpose

This is a first-line management position. Responsible for a limited geographic region or a limited industry or product segment. Manages the activities of Sales Account Managers/Executives or manages the organization’s relationship with independent representatives (non-employees), resellers, distributors, or agents. Carries own quota as well as manage individual contributors. Responsible for attaining sales objectives for branch/area. Manages the direct sale of products or services in a limited

Essential Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team in a specific channel sales region (usually multi-state) or over a customer segment or product line. • Ensure that new revenue and retention revenue targets are met and exceeded by the business on quarterly and annual bases. • Responsible for the execution of well prepared presentations and demonstrations to meet the sales needs of customers and prospects • Work with Sales Leadership to drive sales and orders growth and ensure all department goals and objectives are met • Development of long-term customer relationships • Proper staffing, coaching, and professional development of sales teams. • Support of all Operating Mechanisms and sales process including the IITS sales process, performance reporting, the GE business planning process, Growth Playbook, and GE employee development process, Session C. Quality Specific Goals: • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs. • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated successful software sales experience or a minimum of 3 years management experience coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales organization.• Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region• To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record

• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization• Knowledge of GEHCIITS software solutions• Ability to relate to individuals and provide mentoring / coaching to staff• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Able to present in front of large groups, deal with ambiguity and demonstrate composure in stressful situations where competing priorities must be managed
