This is a Contractor Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Third service party management, including repair process, parts ordering, performance audit for nationwide service network
- Supplier quality management support
- Customer complaint and quality issues handling
- Liaise with marketing, sales and manufacturing departments to identify and resolve field problems in a timely manager
- Technical training for third party
- Improve service flow and process with third party and supplier
- Handle refund/replacement process
- Coordinate with logistic team and finance team to arrange refunds or replacements in a timely manner

Essential Responsibilities
Based within the China service function, he/she will be part of a team responsible for supporting the daily management and process improvement and complaint/quality issue process to China service network. This includes service pre-prepare before new product launch, service process coordination both in supplier and service third-party, product complaint and quality issue feedback and corrective action and tracking in marketing, defective replacement/refund process setup and handling. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that China service network can run smoothly and complaints will be reduced. Responsible to verify, analyze, investigate and resolve the problem of product quality and improve GE service image in China.

Verify service data from service third-party and pick up the TOP quality problem.

Ensure quality issue process running smoothly in supplier site and support the complaint resolve in customer site

Responsible for providing support to customers on vendor queries.

Need to be fully aware the process CTQ and meet the accuracy, cycle time.
Maintain performance dashboard, regular review with the customer and follow up on the actions

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical&Electronic, Prefer to have service network management experience and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Good communication skill with English and Chinese
