Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for designing new product scheme; 主导新产品设计方案的制定；
Assist master hardware engineer in lectotype work about key components on new products; 协助新产品主要部件选型；
Responsible for new product software design, testing, debugging and identification, control and manage product quality; 主导新产品项目的研发、实验、试制、检测，控制项目质量；
Coordinate the communication with relational departments, responsibility for product quality analysis and developing solution; 协调项目对外联系，分析产品生产质量问题，主导故障排查；
Responsibility for products upgrading; 主导产品的升级维护；
Make, release and manage the products information and documents on software parts; 制作、发布和管理软件部分的产品资料档案；
Assist in product training to outside, compile Product User Manual and training datasheet; 协助对外的产品培训，编写产品手册；
Offer technology support for market and sales about products issue; 为市场和销售部门提供产品问题的技术支持；

Qualifications/Requirements

Automation and Electrocircuit-Design professional graduation; 自动化、电路设计专业；
Proficiency in Application on 8-bit and 32-bit MCU; 精通常用8/32位单片机；
Proficiency in software design on MCU with C language and Assembly language; 精通C语言单片机编程和汇编语言；
Familiar with software design on VB and VC; 熟悉VB/C++编程；
Strong practical abilities, have ability on simple test-device installation; 较强的动手能力，能组建简单的实验设备；
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years relational work experience or Master’s degree with 3 year relational work experience; 学士学位并6年相关工作经验 或 硕士学位并3年相关工作经验；
Good at English reading and listening; 良好的英语阅读、听说能力；
Strong learning capacity, Good communication skill, good at team cooperation, strong responsibility on work, could undertake the work under the pressure; 较强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，团队合作意识，工作责任心强，能承担较强的工作压力；
