Project Engineer I,II 电力系统自动化工程师（继电保护、通讯方向各一名）

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of successful proposals for **equipment, services and systems. Be a secondary customer contact on primarily technical matters. Work within the project team to resolve customer concerns and foster customer satisfaction.
2. Complete assigned work within agreed upon schedule and budget to a high level of quality.
3. Train and assist customers with the installation, commissioning and operation of automation and/or protection systems, both on-site and from ** offices.
4. Assume Project Management role on assigned projects.
5. Assist and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
6. Follow and improve applicable processes.
7. Provide support for other ** marketing, sales, application engineering and development activities.

And, based on level 1 or II:

Project Engineer I Project Engineer II
Develop and maintain a(n) basic moderate level of technical expertise in electric power system protection and/or automation.
Develop and maintain a(n) basic moderate level of knowledge of ** equipment and solutions to electric power system protection and/or automation.

Basic – Able to identify and apply appropriate engineering principles with general direction.
Moderate – Able to identify and apply appropriate engineering principles with minimal direction.

Required Qualifications
B.S. in Electrical Engineering电气工程
Professional Engineers License
Minimum eight (Project Engineer I), ten (Project Engineer II) years relevant experience with electrical power systems or industrial automation system practices
Good knowledge of system protection, integration and automation applications
Working knowledge of electric power systems and protective relay applications
Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills
Willing to travel internationally
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to **
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electric power transmission, distribution, and/or generation systems
Experience being a part of project teams

*Disciplines include Automation, Protection, System Design, Electrical Engineer & Project Manager.
