职位描述

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Export Coordinator – Export Team

POSITION PURPOSE
? To support the Export Team with all aspects of the export function in order to meet or beat agreed annual export sales targets.
? To complement the relationship building activities of the Coates Leadership Team with key existing customers.
? To understand and co-manage the administration of the export function.
? To execute and process key customer needs/orders.


WORKING PARTNERSHIPS
Accountable to: Export Team Coordinator, General Manager China & Chief Operating Officer
Direct Reports: N/A
Internal Partners: Export team / Production team / Logistics team / Design team
External Partners: Overseas QSR Client base / OEM’s / additional China suppliers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Export Markets:

? Support in the co-ordination of sales, client requirements, forecasting, strategy execution & basic logistic functions for key South East Asia (SEA) markets
? Re-establish & exploit existing contacts / markets with potential sales opportunities.
? Develop new sales pipelines in emerging AMPEA markets
Systems & processes

? Liaise successfully with Australia & China operations teams in order to efficiently process & execute export sales.
? Follow existing order documentation & procedures to effectively schedule & orchestrate export orders.
? Effectively engage & provide feedback on systems / processes in order to streamline export operations.
Personal Development

? Develop an understanding of freight logistics, Free Trade Agreement’s, trade barriers & trade opportunities.
? Develop an understanding of international cultural & commercial sensitivities & opportunities.
? Explore avenues of commercial development through export seminars, trade shows & training courses.


In order to be successful in the position the applicant should have / be:

Experience & Technical Skills:

? Tertiary business/marketing qualifications
? 2+ years sales and business development experience
? Experience in client facing/service orientated position
? Experience in sales & business development in the manufacturing industry is preferred
? Prior experience in using an ERP system is preferred
? Understanding / experience in logistics & production desirable

Requirements:

? Fluent in English – oral & written (and other languages is beneficial)
? Strong communication, relationship building & interpersonal skills
? Willingness to travel for work
? Experience working for a foreign company in China in beneficial
? Proven ability to be able to work well as part of a team
