DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ At least 12 years of experience in electrical engineering of industrial and pharmaceutical facilities including: medium and low voltage power distribution systems including selection of equipment; interior and exterior lighting calculations, light fixture selection and lighting/receptacle layout; grounding counterpoise and lightning protection systems.
？ Knowledge and experience in life safety, telephone and data systems.
？ Researches and analyzes data such as client design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application. Works with clients to develop project scope of work.
？ Provides fault current analysis and relay protection study.
？ Uses computer assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering and design calculations and other engineering tasks
？ Develops equipment lists, material requisitions, specifications and other documents related to electrical equipment and installation.
？ Supervises local design institute for electrical engineering based on project requirement.
？ Provides service during construction and makes field trips as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
？ Bachelor's Degree
？ Twelve (12) years of electrical engineering experience, with background in pharmaceutical field. Working experience in design institute is preferred.
？ In-depth knowledge of the Chinese codes and other electrical standards, familiar with international codes, such as NEC, IEEE, IEC, etc.
？ Knowledge and use of short circuit and arc flash software such SKM, ETAP needed.
？ Experience in environment impact study and energy code. Understanding of the LEED process is preferred.
？ Proficient in AutoCAD software. Experience in Revit is preferred.
？ Functional experience with Microsoft Office applications.
？ Fluent English: read, write and speak.
？ Be able to travel as required.
