Responsibility:
1.End-to-end manages assigned IT scientific informatics software development projects.
2.Complete project milestones on time, on schedule and on budget
3.Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
4.Lead the project staff.
5.Be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
6.Manage quality, schedule and cost of the deliverables.
7.Maintain control over the project’s status and budget.
8.Report project status and issues where help is needed to IT management.
9.Compliance with the Customer IT Project management methodology and GxP where applicable.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of computer science or relevant discipline is required, and the field of chemistry or biology or relevant discipline is the plus.
2.5+ years’ experience in scientific informatics domain. 1-2 years in similar project manager.
3.Has successfully managed one or more small to medium sized IT scientific informatics software development project from start to completion.
4.Sound knowledge and hands on experience of scientific oriented enterprise software development.
5.Basic knowledge of Project Management methodology and computer system validation or GxP.
6.Project management trainings or certifications.
7.Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion.
8.Align and harmonize project execution with other support functions, IT operations, and user groups.
9.Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
10.Strong communication and presentation skills.
11.Ability to network within and external to the organization.
12.Demonstrated ability to analyze and assimilate complex information to make sound.
