Job Description

Receive & review export orders from all the regions (exc. HK) in Movex and make record and process

Maintain communication with sales abroad about Inquiry order, shipping, stock, logistic ect to make sure the demand is clear and order well processed.

On time communication and coordination with material planning and logistics etc in ESH internally to make sure the product and shipment is organized on time.

About customer inquiry, need coordinate with material planning function to sort source and price to be recommended. Only approved source and price by supply chain manager can be offered to export sales.

About cancellation of order and compensation on complained product, it has been raised to supply chain manager for approval before acceptance.

Oversee and control the cost and efficiency of export handling, customs clearance and ocean freight.

Ensure the data accuracy in systems like Movex, OTM, compello, etc.

Ensure the data accuracy in internal list, like export record, weekly report, export documents, etc.

Be sure the materials we shipped out are qualified according to specification and customers' demand.

Regular report and meeting

Help management to develop and improve order handling process

Nonconformity treatments and reports

Requirements & Qualifications

Education Background: University. Majoring in International Trading

Skills ( Language/Computer): Fluent in written and spoken English; MS Office, Internet, Outlook, and ERP operation system

Working Experiences: 1~3 year similar experience in Export related business

Personalities: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Open, mature, easygoing, optimistic, responsible, trust worthy and self-motivated
