PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To have a thorough understanding of the contract and ensure that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction;
2. To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with customers and team members;
3. To direct, monitor and control the performance of all team members and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner;
4. To attempt to pro-actively keep manager informed of all potential issues/concerns regarding the regional operation;
5. Provision of high quality FM services to clients with C&W's business objectives, policies, procedures and ethics;
6. Manage consultative sales engagements from start to finish, independently or as part of a team;
7. Consult with client to indentify and define client business need, determine a solution, and develop a proposal;
8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets and service offerings;
9.Create/define strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve regional goals;
10.Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor degree above in Engineering, Facilities Management or the other related fields;
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in Facility management with previous experience in managing a campus facility of over 1,000 headcount is preferred;
3. Good leadership and interpersonal skills;
4. Ability to understand contractual documents and able to incorporate contractual requirements into the work system;
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.Good Japanese is requirement.An oversea study background in Japan is preferred.
